She was the GM of a large Australia institute holding 200+ qualifications. As an honorary Filipina married to a Filipino Ingrid’s focus was to use her skills, knowledge and experience in Australian Education to benefit Filipinos in any way she could and conceptualised the ARQ, PACQ & iCEP programs.
